1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 7020 platform — including the website, mobile app, and related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you must stop using our platform immediately. Acceptance of these terms is a mandatory requirement for continued use of all 7020 services.

The 7020 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above who are located in jurisdictions where online betting is permitted. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of this platform complies with the local laws applicable in your area. 7020 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend access for any user who is unable to verify their eligibility.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 7020 as the platform operator. Any continued use of the platform after an amendment is published will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest conditions that apply.

2. Account Creation & Security

To access the full features of the 7020 platform, you are required to register and create a personal account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, a valid email address, date of birth, and phone number. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in the immediate termination of your account.

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account at any time. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed, including the withholding of any funds held within them. If you suspect you have accidentally created a duplicate account, please contact the 7020 support team immediately for assistance.

You are solely responsible for keeping your username and account password confidential. Never share your login details with anyone. 7020 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own failure to protect your login information. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately and change your password.

Identity verification (KYC) may be required before you can withdraw funds or access certain features. Required verification documents include a copy of a valid national identity card or passport. 7020 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals until the identity verification process is fully completed, in order to safeguard all users.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

As a user of the 7020 platform, you agree to use all provided services for lawful and personal purposes only. You are strictly prohibited from using this platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law, including money laundering, fraud, system abuse, or any form of betting manipulation. Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities or to manipulate the betting system will be subject to appropriate legal action.

Users are prohibited from using any automated software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to interact with the 7020 platform in order to gain an unfair advantage. The use of VPNs or proxies to conceal your actual location for the purpose of circumventing geographical restrictions is also prohibited. 7020 reserves the right to employ technical measures to detect and block such activity without prior notice.

You are responsible for ensuring that every bet placed on your account is a conscious decision made by you. 7020 is not liable for any financial losses arising from your betting decisions. All bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the system are final and cannot be reversed except in circumstances expressly provided for under our gaming policy.

Abusive, threatening, or harassing communications directed at support staff or other users are strictly prohibited. 7020 reserves the right to terminate the account of any user found engaging in inappropriate conduct without any compensation. We are committed to maintaining a safe, fair, and enjoyable environment for all users in Malaysia.

4. Payment Information & Transactions (MYR)

All financial transactions on the 7020 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to the thresholds set by your chosen payment method and may change in line with promotions or current policy. You are required to use a payment method registered in your own name; the use of third-party accounts for transactions is strictly prohibited.

7020 supports a range of payment methods popular in Malaysia, including online bank transfers, e-wallets, and other local payment options. Deposits are generally credited to your account within the timeframe specified for your chosen payment method. Any delays caused by issues on the part of your bank or payment provider are beyond 7020's control and we are not responsible for such delays.

Withdrawal requests will be processed upon successful identity verification and are subject to any wagering requirements associated with bonuses received. 7020 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify transactions deemed suspicious before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times are typically between one and five business days, depending on the method chosen.

Any attempt to circumvent wagering requirements through hedging techniques or other dishonest means may result in the forfeiture of the relevant bonus and associated winnings. 7020 maintains complete records of all transactions and betting activity for compliance and internal audit purposes. If you have a dispute regarding a transaction, please contact our support team within 30 days of the transaction date.

5. Liability Limits & Account Policy

The 7020 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, 7020 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the continuous availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness of this platform for any particular purpose. Temporary service interruptions due to system maintenance or circumstances beyond our control do not entitle users to claim compensation.

Under no circumstances will 7020 be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption arising from your use of or inability to use this platform. 7020's maximum total liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount you have deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim.

7020 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, breach of terms, or a security threat. In cases of account suspension, legitimate and undisputed funds will be returned to the user once the investigation is concluded. However, any funds linked to suspected fraudulent or unlawful activity may be withheld pending the completion of a legal investigation.

Voluntary account closure can be requested by the user at any time by contacting the 7020 support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be returned once the relevant wagering requirements have been met. For users who have opted into the self-exclusion feature through our responsible gaming programme, account closure will be processed in accordance with the specific procedures established for that purpose.

7020 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version of these terms will always be available on this page, with the date of the latest update shown. Continued use of the 7020 platform following the publication of any amendment will be deemed your acceptance of the revised terms. You are advised to check this page regularly.
